Major Professional Experience
  • Chairman and CEO of the KPA Group and KPA Ltd., Professor at the University of Torino, Torino, Italy and Adjunct Full Professor at Bar Ilan Univsersity where he teaches a graduate course on Strategy and Management.
  • Over 25 years of experience in restructuring and improving the competitive position of organizations by integrating statistical methods, process analysis, supporting technologies and modern human resource management systems.
  • Professor of Management at the State University of New York (1987-1992), where he was awarded the General Electric Quality Management Fellowship. Director of Statistical Methods for Tadiran Telecommunications Corporation (1981-1990) and Member of the Technical Staff at Bell Laboratories in New Jersey (1979-1981).
  • Director of Statistical Methods, Tadiran Telecommunications (1981-1990) with responsibility for a major corporate effort to improve the competitive position by improving product quality and process capability. As a result of these efforts Tadiran was recognized as a Best In Class benchmark and was awarded the Kplan Prize for excellence in management.
  • A partial list of companies he has consulted for includes: Intel, AT&T, National Semiconductors, Motorola, AVX, Dun & Bradstreet, EMC, ECI Telecom, Applied Materials, Israel Aircraft Industries, Magic Software Enterprises, Comverse, Barak, Bezeq, Formula and Cellcom.
  • Founder of KPA Ltd., an international management consulting firm.
  • Founder of Babylon Ltd., a start-up company founded in 1997 with a world wide presence as a provider of an on-line translator.
  • Member of the Board of IBG Ltd., an organization whose mission is to help start-up companies develop business and marketing plans and establish strategic partnerships.
  • Member of the Board of Ergolight Ltd., a start-up company focused on usability tools for internet applications.

  • 130 publications and four books on topics in industrial statistics, software reliability, performance appraisal systems and quality management.

    · Overseeing growth of department to included ten marketing professionals, four secretaries, with a concomitant four fold increase in company turnover.

  • Active Director in a start-up High-tech company, dealing with Business Intelligence software, Maximal Innovative Intelligence Ltd. Responsible for initial strategic planning, marketing strategy formulation, initial commercial activity and business development, recruitment of executives and initial fund raising.
  • Member, Public Management of the Agricultural sector in the Israeli Export Institute.
